Account Request Form

This form is for former students, current students (NOT students who haven't attended class), A&M faculty/staff, and donors who could not register using the Create an Account process.

Don't use this form until after the class drop date of your first semester.

Our Records Team will email you in 1-3 business days with instructions on how you can easily create your account.

While not all fields are mandatory, the more you fill out, the easier it is for our Records Team to identify your record. Sometimes this involves coordination with Texas A&M, so more information is always helpful.
