Pomodoro:  spaghettini, plum tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, extra-virgin olive oil

Baked Penne Pasta:  mushrooms, gran biscotto ham, oven roasted tomatoes, garlic cream

Three Cheese Ravioli:  butternut squash, sage, asiago

(Note: Trio will accommodate anyone on a restricted or special diet at no extra charge)

Dessert

Chocolate Budino:  mascarpone cream, chocolate and caramel sauce

  Coffee,  hot tea and soda included and served upon request

$30 per guest.  Price includes state sales tax and 20% gratuity charge
