Muster 2013
Western Australia Aggie Club (Perth)
Date: Sunday, April 21
Time: 11:30am – 3:00pm (volunteers – setup starts at 11:00am)
Location: Jackadder Reserve, Woodlands (see map below)
Food: We will be serving traditional central Texas food – brats and wieners from Elmars (plus brownies for desert)! If every family would bring a side of potato salad or cole slaw (not a huge dish, just a normal size serving) we should have plenty of food. We will take a collection for the rental of tables/chairs and the meat.
Please bring whatever you need to for the kids to keep them happy – wieners will be available as requested.
Drinks: Bring your own drinks.
RSVP: Please RSVP to REGAN Regan.douglas@planning.wa.gov.au as I will be gone for a while back to the States. Specify the number attending, and if there is preference for brats or wieners and if you would like to help (please). We need volunteers to help setup and to help with the Muster ceremony. The deadline to RSVP is April 13.
