Fort Sill Visitor Control Center (VCC): Effective 17 February 2015, any visitor who does not possess a DoD issued ID card must go through the VCC. Prospective visitors can download the Fort Sill Form 118a online at http://sill-www.army.mil/ and submit in person. Passes are issued in 4-day, 30-day, and 1-year increments. We encourage all non-DOD card holders to get approval prior to Muster day for ease of entrance to Fort Sill.
**All active Department of Defense, retired DoD and family member identification cards currently in use will be accepted.
