The location, time, menu and details of our Muster should remain the same, only the date will be different. We will identify a date after the Covid-19 concerns dissipate.
The South-central Oklahoma Aggie Club will gather at Chickasaw Lake Club,
2425 Chickasaw Lake Road, Ardmore, OK at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2017 for a social, dinner and Muster. The gathering will be an informal event.
Children and friends of Aggies are welcome. The main entrée should be grilled ribeye steak. The Club will provide the meat, soft
drinks, water, beer, wine, nuts, candles and dinnerware. Costs for Club
provided items will be approximately $25/person for adults who eat meat, approximately
$7/person for adults who do not eat meat, and approximately $5/person for
children < 16 years old. The remainder of the meal will be covered
dishes brought by participants to foster a sense of sharing and family and to
minimize costs. Each family or separate adult participant should bring a vegetable,
salad, bread, dessert or hors d’oeuvre.
Please RSVP to Mike or Nancy Porter by 5:00 PM Wednesday, April 15 so we can purchase the correct amount of meat,
drinks and supplies. Please coordinate with Mike or Nancy the type of food
item(s) that you plan to bring, so we will have adequate amounts of each. You
