In line with Texas A&M and CDC recommendations, the difficult decision has been made to NOT hold this year’s Hill Country A&M Club Muster Ceremony.
But rest assured, every Aggie's name reported to The Association will be called and answered "Here" for during the third Worldwide Roll Call for the Absent. Continuing a tradition that began in 2018, The Association will call all 1,600-plus names on the Worldwide Muster Roll and answer “Here” for each in a three-hour reading that will be livestreamed April 21 on AggieNetwork.com. The Association began this Worldwide Roll Call to ensure that no names would go unanswered for Muster, a Texas A&M tradition more than a century old. Many activities have been disrupted in Aggieland and elsewhere in recent weeks. Although the "temporary new normal" we’re living in may require that some of our traditions take on a different look in 2020, the spirit of those traditions remains unaltered. As we’ve seen time and again during times of crisis, from world wars to hurricanes, the Aggie Spirit will prevail.
