Howdy, Treasure Valley Ags!
In light of the continuing coronavirus pandemic, we have decided to meet at a park instead of our traditional meeting spot to allow for public health protocols to be followed. We will meet in the B1 pavilion shelter of the Julius Kleiner Memorial Park behind the village. This allows us to have plenty of space to spread out as we gather for this timeless Aggie tradition! We will follow the covid-19 protocol established by the City of Meridian at the time of our event: https://meridiancity.org/government/covid-19. Masks will not be required but encouraged if you cannot remain 6 ft apart from someone.
Please bring $5 per person to cover the cost of the pavilion rental. We're going to try to livestream the event on Zoom using a hotspot starting at 7:00, but since it's at a park, we can't guarantee the quality. No food or beverages will be provided out of safety precautions, but you are welcome to bring your own picnic dinner!
