Aggie Ring Repair/Resizing Update

Howdy! The Aggie Ring Program recently transitioned to a new Ring order system to more effectively manage the more than 15,000 Aggie Rings ordered each year.

To accurately process requests for repair/resizing of Aggie Rings ordered through the previous system, The Association of Former Students must migrate more than 230,000 historical records into the new system.

As The Association migrates these records, we are currently unable to process and ship Aggie Rings in need of repair/resizing to Balfour. Rings left with The Association prior to Aug. 1 for repair/resizing were not affected by this pause and have all been processed.

During this pause, we strongly encourage you to send your Aggie Ring directly to Balfour for repair/resizing. To do this, please use the instructions and Ring Repair Form provided here. The typical turnaround time with Balfour is 4-6 weeks. 

If you choose to leave your Aggie Ring with us during this pause, it will be securely stored but not processed or shipped to Balfour until we can resume normal operations. At this time, we do not have a firm timeline for when we will be able to start processing the repairs. Once processing resumes, Ring owners will be notified by email when their Ring has been shipped for repair/resizing.
