Email & Login

The Aggie Ring Program will email your non-A&M email account 30 days prior, one week prior and the day before Aggie Ring Day - be on the lookout for those emails.

You likely created an AggieNetwork.com login when you ordered your Aggie Ring. If you no longer know your password, you can easily reset it by selecting "reset my password." You can also log in using your NetID.

Picking Up Your Ring

Aggie Ring Day will take place at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center.

Thursday, October 10
  • For this Aggie Ring Day, we've designated a special arrangement to accommodate guests with mobility concerns or those who prefer to avoid crowds.
  • To ensure a comfortable experience, we've allocated 50 parking spots in the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center lot with entry off of Throckmorton St. In order to ensure ample parking for all guests, we ask that you limit your time to 30 minutes. Access to this reserved parking requires your Aggie Ring Day Ticket. Your ticket is one use only. Re-entry will not be permitted once scanned.
  • This initiative aims to make Aggie Ring Day enjoyable and accessible for every member of our community, ensuring everyone can partake in this cherished tradition with ease and comfort.

Friday and Saturday, October 11-12
  • We recommend that Ring recipients and guests park at West Campus Garage. Pre-paid parking is available through Texas A&M Transportation Services.
  • Shuttle service will be provided between West Campus Garage and the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center by Texas A&M Transportation Services.
  • Those with campus parking passes are welcome to park in their assigned garage or lot, or in any lot 100 space. The Association of Former Students parking lot will not be open to the public on these days.

Complimentary shuttles are provided to and from the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center and West Campus Garage (WCG). All guests are encouraged to park at WCG and take the shuttle. All shuttles are accessible to those with mobility needs. Pre-paid Aggie Ring Day parking will be available for WCG.

Shuttles begin running 45 minutes before the start of each Aggie Ring Day and will stop running about 1 hour after each Aggie Ring Day concludes.

If you have a valid parking permit, you may park at your regular parking lot or in any Lot 100 (Reed Arena and Blue Bell Park) space. For additional parking information, please visit Texas A&M Transportation Services

There is no limit to how many guests you can bring. But remember, you and your guests will not be permitted into the Alumni Center until your ticket group number is called.

Please consider how weather conditions, walking distances, no seating, and large crowds in and around the Alumni Center will affect the health, safety, and comfort of your guests.

You will need your Aggie Ring Ticket (either printed or on your phone), which includes your arrival time, and at least two of the following: Aggie Ring Receipt, student ID, driver’s license or passport.

Your Aggie Ring Ticket reserves your spot in the assigned group and gives you and your guests entrance into the Haynes Ring Plaza and the Alumni Center when your group number is called. Entry before your ticket group is called is not permitted.

Cell phone service is likely to be spotty, so plan with your guests before you get to the Alumni Center. It is best to take a screenshot of your Ring Ticket prior to arriving and make sure that all information is visible.

On Aggie Ring Day, we recommend bringing water to stay hydrated, shoes that you can comfortably stand or walk in, and weather-appropriate supplies such as personal fans or umbrellas. Please consider how weather conditions, walking distances, no seating, and larger crowds in and around the Alumni Center will affect the health, safety and comfort of your guests.

You can make changes to your Ring Ticket online at tx.ag/RingTicket. You may select any time that is available.

You can pick up your Aggie Ring at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center during regular business hours starting the Monday following Aggie Ring Day or choose to have your Aggie Ring shipped to you. The Aggie Ring office is closed on weekends.

After getting off the shuttle from West Campus Garage, all guests will enter Aggie Ring Day at the north end of the Williams Ring Lawn.

Groups needing mobility accommodations should notify a staff member as they enter to be directed to an accessible building entrance.

If you arrive early, or if you are missing members of your group, find a comfortable place to wait in Aggie Park. Once all members of your party are together and your time is called, show staff your Ring ticket and proceed toward the building. Follow the signs according to the Ring recipient's last name.

Aim to arrive a few minutes before your Ring Ticket time slot. Plan to stay around Aggie Park after you pick up your Aggie Ring to enjoy the festivities!

If there are any available, you may select another Ring Ticket online at tx.ag/RingTicket or pick up your Aggie Ring at the Alumni Center during regular business hours starting April 15.

Check to make sure the Class year and engraving are correct.

Different activities and temperatures throughout the day can cause your hands and fingers to shrink or swell. Wearing your Ring for several days will help you best determine if a resize is necessary.

If you need to resize your Aggie Ring, stop by the Aggie Ring Program Office the following week.

  • No balloons
  • No animals (Service Animals Only)
  • Bags permitted
  • Ring Recipients and guests must exit the Alumni Center immediately after receiving their rings.

Due to the large crowds at the Alumni Center, lingering at the Haynes Ring Plaza or inside for celebrations or photos isn't possible as we need to accommodate the next group of Aggies and their guests. However, you're invited to come back on another day to explore our historical exhibits or take photos with the Haynes Ring Plaza.

Aggie tradition is that you wear your new Aggie Ring with the year facing you, as a constant reminder to yourself of your goal to graduate from Texas A&M University. At Ring Dance or during your commencement ceremony, you will turn your Aggie Ring so that the year faces outward, proudly declaring your achievement to everyone you meet.

Please remember that the legacy of the Aggie Ring has been built by the hundreds of thousands of Aggies who came before you.

Once that Aggie Ring is on your hand, you are a representative of both Texas A&M University and the legendary Aggie Network- everywhere you go and in everything you do. Always make sure your actions are guided by the core values of our great university, and never do anything to dishonor the Aggie Ring or the reputation of the worldwide Aggie Network.
